Just an excellent group to review songs and learn a few more.<\/p><p>We played many of our favorite songs such as \u201cSail Away Ladies\u201d and \u201cSpotted Pony\u201d but we also did a few new tunes: \u201cHangman\u2019s Reel,\u201d \u201cLiberty,\u201d and \u201cOver the Waterfall.\u201d Dennis helped us to play at what he called \u201cdance speed\u201d and it was fun. He has been providing our band excellent guidance on how to properly play Old Time songs. Our weekend together provided us time to refine some new songs we have been working on such as \u201cHangman\u2019s Reel\u201d and &#8220;Liberty&#8221; which are posted here as well as an old favorite we have played for years, \u201cBuffalo Gals.\u201d Our learning of other new songs included Steve Martin\u2019s \u201cSun is Gonna Shine\u201d and \u201cRock the Cradle Joe.\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
